FUTURE GOALS

After graduating in May 2026, I plan to begin my career in healthcare administration by pursuing an entry-level administrative role within a long-term care or healthcare organization. I am particularly interested in gaining hands-on experience in facility operations, leadership, and patient-centered care while continuing to build my professional skills.

My long-term goal is to become a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, where I can lead a facility, improve quality of care, and enhance the overall experience for residents. I am passionate about creating environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and cared for, especially in long-term care settings.

Future Learning and Development

I believe that learning is a continuous process, and I am committed to continuing my growth both personally and professionally after graduation. As I begin my career in healthcare administration, I plan to gain hands-on experience that will strengthen my leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

In the future, I am interested in pursuing a graduate degree, such as a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) or an MBA, to further expand my knowledge and prepare for leadership roles.
