What I learned
I chose this assignment because it allowed me to explore healthcare leadership in a meaningful and practical way. Our paper examined how promise-keeping in leadership builds trust, improves teamwork, and directly impacts patient outcomes. For example, we discussed how failure to follow through on responsibilities in a healthcare setting can lead to communication breakdowns and negatively affect patient care .
