Teen Drug Exposure-Pecha Kucha Presentation

This artifact is a Pecha Kucha presentation completed in PBHL-H245: Professionalism in the Healthcare Workplace. The presentation focused on the effects of early exposure to drugs among adolescents, including how teens become involved with drugs, the role of emotions in substance use, and the long-term impact of drug abuse.

What I learned

I chose this assignment because it challenged me in a new way and pushed me outside of my comfort zone. The Pecha Kucha format required me to fully understand my topic and communicate it clearly without relying on written slides, which was something I had not experienced before.

I also chose this project because I spent a significant amount of time researching and organizing my ideas to fit within the strict time limits. I had to be intentional about what information was most important and how to present it in a way that was both engaging and meaningful.
