IU Health Saxony Hospital - Strategic Planning Presentation
This artifact is a team-based strategic plan presentation completed in PBHL-H401: Strategic Planning in Health Organizations. My team developed and presented a comprehensive strategic plan for IU Health Saxony Hospital, a specialty hospital focused on cardiovascular, orthopedic, and emergency services.

What I learned
I chose this assignment because it was one of the most comprehensive and realistic projects I completed in my program. It required me to apply strategic planning concepts to a real healthcare organization, analyze industry trends, and contribute to developing solutions that could improve organizational performance.
This project was especially meaningful because it involved team collaboration, where we worked together to develop a full strategic plan and present it in a clear and professional way. I am proud of this assignment because it reflects my ability to communicate ideas effectively, work within a team, and apply critical thinking to real-world healthcare challenges.
